La conexión inalambrica entre Maestro y Esclavo IOT puede realizarse por medio de Zigbee, LoRa, Sub-1G, NB-IoT y Cat.M1 en función de las aplicaciones. Para una conexión fisica se emplean RS232/485, Ethernet. Todos los nodos master IOT suben datos a la nube por medio de protocolo MQTT, COAP o LWM2M.
