La familia de conversores industriales PROFIBUS a fibra IFC-PRO permite comunicaciones serie RS485 sobre fibra óptica, hasta 20Km.
Il modelo de unica puerta en fibra permite una connexión punto a punto, pudiendo conectar varios dispositivos en cascada. El modelo de dos puertas en fibra permite configuraciones redundantes y tpologias en anillo.
